These birds are called Canada Goose and are very common in the county in which we live. These birds are very common migrating birds. The one thing I particularly like about these birds is their formation when flying. Usually hundreds of these birds keep flying every morning and evening in a particular formation. My apartment

It was sad that people who ask others to observe Earth hour never made effort to create awareness among their people. Guess its only for their media and next day newspaper's front page show, they switch off lights of all high raise buildings in big cities..
The picture above is our apartment. It was only us observing Earth Hour. Not even our management. You can see the hallway lights and outdoor lights ON.. sad..

Public Library

It was sad that even the University, Public library, Post office here did not observe Earth Hour. Most of the shops had their hoardings ON even when the store was closed. SAD :(..

New visitors  to our balcony this morning..  Still trying to find the name of these birds.. Once I come to know, I will update it for sure..

Its spring and lots of birds visiting our deck.. This pigeon visits almost everyday with her friend...Now I should for sure get bird feeder and fix it in my deck for my new friends :). To know more abt this bird click here.
